PREVENTS RAIN SEEPAGE

To Keep out lashing horizontal rain, Regent Building System has engineered three special mechanisms: Rain Track, the Gradient Slope and the Sill Arrangement. Traditional windows have none of these. In fact, when wooden windows warp-as they often do - rain flow indoors through gaps. Aluminium windows too are not designed to prevent rain seepage.

FIRE

uPVC material used in Windows and Doors are difficult to ignite and do not support or enhance accidental fires unlike their timber counterparts.

TERMITE PROOF

uPVC Windows and Doors are not affected by Termites.

STRENGTH & SECURITY

Multi -point high security locks can be incorporated into window and doors for maximum resistance against break-ins. All locks and fitting are screwed into the steel core of the window and door framing.

SOUND INSULATION

The multi-chambers, welded corner and tight seals offer excellent sound insulation.

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY

Lead free, consumes less power while extruded and are completely recyclable due to the presence of calcium zinc stabilizer.

MAINTENANCE FREE

The closed smooth surface of uPVC profiles ensures ease of clean by using gentle household detergent dissolved in water. They are also available with a foil coating in different colors. So you do not need to paint it.

WIND

Ideally suited to seaside locations and for use in high - rise buildings, our windows maintain their strength through fully reinforced galvanised steel inner frames.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

uPVC Windows and Doors profile is free from the attack of acids, alkalis, waster gases and salts.
