We will make the process as simple as possible, handling from design specification right through to commissioning and hand over. We are able to liaise where required with additional parties such as architects, main contractors or associated trades such as fire alarm and access control to ensure your project runs smoothly.

Here at North East Door Systems Ltd we have a firm belief in clear and accurate reporting for any work we undertake. On many occasions, the bill payer is not based on site and it is important to be kept in the loop. This is why we have invested heavily in our job reporting system. Upon completion of our attendance electronic reports will be sent automatically (subject to internet access & an email address being provided), usually, reports are delivered to the client within minutes of engineer submission. Worksheets will contain comprehensive information about the visit, including photographs and where necessary will have a video embedded. All worksheets will be signed and state all the information required; such as arrival/departure time, engineer name, works carried out and further works required.

We are proud to offer a free technical support service against all products covered under a service contract with us. On many occasions, it is possible to carry out a temporary solution without even attending site. We can offer this service over the phone, or via video platform if we require sight of the product.
