He has been working as Principal of Drs. Sudha & Nageswara Rao Siddhartha Institute of Dental Sciences, Gannavaram for the past 17years, as Director of PG studies since 2014 and as a Professor & Head of Periodontics & Implantology for last 23 years.
91 PG students have completed Post Graduation in Periodontics & Implantology under his headship. He has mentored over 2000 dental students in Drs. S & NR Siddhartha Institute of Dental Sciences.
