Ours is a fully equipped unit having CNC C & Z Roll forming machines, CNC Shearing machine, CNC Bending machine, CNC Plasma cutting, gas cutting, MIG welding, Arc welding, power presses, Milling, drilling, radial drilling facilities etc. with an in-house tool room.

At present our facilities are spread over an area of 150000 sq. ft area where RAYDEAN churns out high quality fabricated steel products. Apart from the above area for fabrication facilities another 27000 sq. ft is occupied by the galvanizing bath. A total of 6000 sq. ft also goes for into accommodating senior members of Raydean family.

Till Now Raydean Has Supplied More Than 7,50,000 Solar Water Pumping Systems, 1 GWp Roof Top Solar Module Mounting Structures and 40,000 Solar Water Tank Structures.

At present we have a capacity of manufacturing 3800 MT per month, in which we do approximately 10 MWP of roof top SPV mounting structures per month.

At present we have a capacity of galvanizing 3800 MT per month.
