In a strategic move reflecting collaboration and innovation, Velvin Group, and Rengo Co., Ltd., Japan, a global leader in paper and corrugated box manufacturing, have formed a joint venture for their state of the art manufacutring unit in Tamil Nadu for Corrugated boxes. Operational from April 2024, this collaboration will establish a new Corrugation Unit in Cheyyar, with Rengo holding a 30% equity stake. Rengo Co., Ltd., headquartered in Osaka, Japan, operates 198 plants across 29 locations globally.
The joint venture aims to enhance market reach by combining distribution networks, making packaging solutions more accessible globally. The partnership is poised to drive ground-breaking research and development, leading to cutting-edge sustainable packaging solutions aligned with evolving market demands.
