Avghni Renewable Energy Systems began as a Partnership firm in 2005 with a focus on the solar energy sector. Initially, the firm engaged in the trading of solar products and the installation of solar systems. It was a closely held company, meaning ownership and shares were concentrated among a limited number of individuals.

Recognizing the growing potential of the renewable energy market and aiming for more ambitious endeavors, the management team of Avghni transitioned the partnership into a private limited company. This incorporation officially took place on February 15th, 2013. The Certificate of Incorporation, identified by the Identity Number U31908AP2013PTC085810 2012-13, was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.

With this incorporation, Avghni expanded its scope of operations significantly. The company now offers comprehensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and Turnkey solutions for solar projects of various scales, including rooftop installations and megawatt-scale power plants. In addition to these large-scale projects, Avghni continues to provide solar retail products such as solar street lights, solar fencing solutions, solar agricultural pump systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
