Established in 1975, Deccan Alloy Castings has demonstrated consistent growth and progress in the metal casting industry. Our strategically located facility resides in the heart of the capital's industrial zone, encompassing two acres of land. This comprehensive site includes our dedicated administration building and a fully integrated foundry unit, ensuring seamless control over the entire production process.

Deccan Alloy Castings specializes in the manufacture of a wide array of high-quality castings, encompassing diverse materials such as Stainless Steel (S.S), Alloy Steel, Manganese Steel, and Alloy Cast Iron, including specialized grades like Ni-Hard, High Chrome, SG Iron, and Grey Iron. We excel in producing castings with intricate geometries, particularly those requiring exceptional heat and wear resistance through the use of high-chrome and nickel alloys. Our capabilities extend to offering a variety of heat treatment conditions to precisely tailor the material properties to meet specific application requirements.

To maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency, we operate a fully equipped in-house laboratory. This facility enables comprehensive mechanical and metallurgical characterization of materials at every stage of production, ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards and customer specifications.

Our annual production capacity exceeds 1800 metric tons of steel castings. We are capable of producing individual castings weighing up to 2300 kg in a single heat. Our modern foundry is equipped with state-of-the-art Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces for precise melting control. We also possess advanced Heat Treatment Furnaces featuring integrated temperature recorders and indicators to guarantee accurate and consistent heat treatment processes. Complementing our casting capabilities, we maintain an in-house pattern shop, allowing for rapid prototyping and customized pattern design to meet diverse customer needs
