T. Murali Krishna, a seasoned healthcare professional with a strong background in marketing, is the driving force behind Healthcare Needs, a company he founded in 2016. Mr. Krishna's extensive industry experience spans 22 years, during which he held significant roles in the marketing departments of prominent pharmaceutical companies like Ranbaxy, Baxter, Abbott, and Mylan Pharmaceuticals. This rich history provided him with invaluable insights into the healthcare landscape and patient needs.

Prior to establishing Healthcare Needs, Mr. Krishna embarked on an entrepreneurial venture in 2015, focusing on the distribution of Biomedical Accessories and Surgical Disposables. This initial foray into business ownership laid the foundation for his deeper understanding of the medical supply chain. Through conversations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field, he identified a significant gap in the market: the need for comprehensive home healthcare services for patients requiring specialized care, particularly wound care. These insightful discussions highlighted the potential to improve patient outcomes and quality of life by bringing professional medical support directly to their homes.

Motivated by this discovery, Mr. Krishna strategically shifted the focus of his business toward addressing the needs of critically ill patients, particularly those in intensive care (ICU) or those requiring ongoing care at home. Under the umbrella of Healthcare Needs, he began providing vital medical equipment and trained nursing/attendant care services directly to patients' residences. This allowed him to cater to a vital need, supporting patients requiring specialized support and creating a seamless transition from hospital to home.
