Mr. Chandrashekhar H. More, our Founder Director, has been always been fervent when it comes to do something innovative and for the benefit of our society. He has been in the built environment industry since past 30 years, starting his initial career with fabrication of Industrial Sheds and later turned to Glass and Aluminium Architectural Products. His knowledge and determination towards his work bagged him various projects across Pune city. Vertical sliding windows and use of Stainless-Steel Insect screen shutters were first time introduced in the market, through Constro in 1991, by him.He studied Mechanical Engineering at Dayananda Sagar Institue of Technology, Bangalore after which he immediately began with gaining practical knowledge. He laid the foundation of Unicorn Industries a fabrication company and down the line he initiated MGW, Pune that successfully carried out glass and aluminum works. With this background and his experience from construction industry, he soon realized the need of the hour and scope of prefab industry in India. His passion towards innovation lead him to establish More Modular Homes Pvt Ltd. in Pune, in 2009, with an ambition to change the face of construction industry and bring in new technologies and concepts of prefabrication that would benefit humanity and create harmony with nature.
