Mr Mathew T Thomas, now a hexagenerian, is the founder of MALAYA Group in the year 1987 with its first Proprietorship Firm namely IND RUBBER TRADERS (Now IND RUBBER COMPANY), as a Rubber Trading firm and is the present Chairman and Managing Director of the following Companies, Firms and Concerns of Malaya Group.

Mr. Mathew T Thomas inherited this NR Business from his father Mr. T T Thomas. Mr Melwin Mathews, who is the next-gen Entrepreneur in the family, is the present Executive Director of the Group. Malaya Group of Companies, with 6 decades of Business experience and more than a decade of manufacturing know-how, is one of the resilient Group, which has got its base in God’s own Country, Kerala. Now Malaya Group is into Rubber, Steel, Wood and Retail Industry as well.
