Type Of Contract
Labour Contract
The term Labour maintenance contract herein mentioned in this contract means that the Company shall carry out normal servicing and break down every
Month only, such servicing shall not include replacement of any parts, major repair etc.
Semi-Comprehensive
Company shall carry out servicing every month & break down including minor spares. Followings items are not covered under contract: Winding Unit, Main
Rope, Traveling Cables, Microprocessor Board, Car fan, lights, car flooring, painting, door closer ,cabin, door optional parts.
Full-Comprehensive
All operating parts of the lift shall be covered in this contract. Followings optional items are not covered under comprehensive contract: Car fan, lights, car
flooring, painting, door closer cabin, door optional parts ..
Comprehensive (Gold)
All operating parts of the lift, including optional parts shall be covered in this Contract.
