Machined Components: SNM has been supplying high-quality mechanical machined components as per customer drawings for various sectors like Power, Aerospace, Dept of Atomic Energy, Defense, Earthmoving, mining, and railways. We have the capability to machine complex-shaped components with tight tolerances, and our clients in this service include HAL Koraput, HAL Nasik, HAL Kanpur, HAL Lucknow, and Ordnance factories for T-90 and T-72 Tanks.

Our team of experienced professionals can understand the customer's requirements and end-user expectations in terms of accuracies and precision, and we adopt suitable machining processes after debate and consultation. We also supply general precision machined components, fabrication components as per customer requirement along with inspection reports.

Mechanical Sub-Assemblies: SNM has developed sub-assemblies for Bowl mills and other coal mills within a short span of time. Our important customers in this service include GE Power India Ltd (Formerly Alstom India Ltd Shahabad), BHEL Hyderabad, BHEL Varanasi and BHEL R & D Hyderabad.

Hydraulic Power Packs and Cylinders: SNM has a special capability in the field of Industrial and Mobile Oil Hydraulics. We supply hydraulic power packs to customer needs based on their functional requirements. We also design, manufacture, test and deliver hydraulic cylinders as per customer specifications or functional needs.

Special Purpose Equipment: SNM Hydraulics Private Limited has the capability to undertake end-to-end solutions for customer requirement in special purpose machines and equipment. We study the customer's needs by deputing engineers to their place, design the equipment, have detailed debates, interaction with the customer about the adequacy of the design, validate the design before execution, and then move forward to manufacture. The equipment will be tested as per the acceptance criteria of the customer and delivered.
