At the core of our operations lies an unwavering commitment to delivering only the highest quality floor and wall tiles to our customers. To achieve this, we have made significant investments in cutting-edge technology and optimized our production capabilities. Our modern, expansive 1 million square foot manufacturing facility, strategically located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (AP), serves as the cornerstone of our operational excellence. This facility boasts an impressive daily production capacity of over 30,000 square meters of Vitero tiles, encompassing a diverse range including Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT), wall tiles, double charged vitrified tiles, and various other specialized tile types.

The Kakinada facility is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to optimize tile production. It features two large, energy-efficient gas-fired kilns that ensure uniform and precise firing of tiles, contributing to their exceptional strength and durability. Furthermore, a state-of-the-art nano polishing unit is integrated into the production line. This unit is crucial in achieving the superior sheen, surface consistency, and long-lasting durability that define our vitrified tiles. The nano polishing process refines the tile surface at a microscopic level, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and resistance to wear and tear.

Recognizing the critical role of raw materials in determining final product quality, we have adopted a proactive approach to sourcing and processing. Approximately 60% of the materials used in our tile manufacturing process, including essential components like clay and feldspar, are processed or produced in-house. This integrated approach allows us to exert stringent control over the quality and consistency of these key raw materials, minimizing variability and ensuring that only the finest materials are used in our tiles. This self-sufficiency contributes significantly to the superior quality and reliability of our finished products.
